Guesstimated birthday: I welcomed Scarlet into the Solomon pack less than five years ago on November 20,2006. According to the vet she was only 9 months old then so that is why today has become her birthday. She is having a really great day!

Magnolia in a Bottle

I found a pile of magnolia branches down the street as a result of the huge storm from a few weeks ago. They were coverd with flower buds.

I placed one branch in water to see if it would flower and it did.

First Daffodils

The daffodil bulbs I planted last November flowered for the very first time today! They are wonderful!
