Today is tubishvat, the holiday of the trees. I would plant something if the ground wasn't frozen.
Bunji Solomon has tackled the Big Apple, ran with a herd of deer in California, climbed to the tops of numerous trees, scaled many a roof top, and currently resides with me in northern NJ. You're likely to find him in my bed under the quilt or peering down at you from the top of the refrigerator.

This past spring I was given a guitar as a gift from a gifted guitar player. Initially, I was intrigued by the beauty of the instrument as an object, so I photographed it. Once I started to play I realized that the true beauty was in the infinite number of sounds I could create playing it. It is definitely one of the best presents I've ever gotten.
